  张希威,男,理学博士,副教授,198510月生,汉族,河南浚县人,中共党员。20086月毕业于河南大学物理与电子学院,获理学学士学位;20146月毕业于苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位。研究方向:半导体纳米材料与器件。曾在J. Mater. Chem., J. Mater. Chem. CNanotechnology, Applied Surface Science, Materials letters, Applied Physics Express等国际知名期刊上以第一作者发表SCI论文10余篇。主持在研省部级地厅级科学基金项目3项。
