王小波,男,1979年2月生,河南洛阳人,理学博士,讲师,河南省教学标兵。2000年7月毕业于北京师范大学物理系,获理学学士学位;2006年7月毕业于中国科学院研究生院,获凝聚态物理学硕士学位;2015年毕业于郑州大学物理系,获凝聚态物理博士学位。现就职于安阳师范学院物理与电气工程学院。主要从事半导体纳米材料和纳米器件的研究。
